This means that:

• The partner is responsible for the execution, safety and quality of their experience
• Local laws, regulations and operating standards apply to each partner's experience
• ScandiXplore acts as a curator and distributor, not as the operator of partner experiences unless explicitly stated

ScandiXplore is not responsible for changes, cancellations, or incidents caused by third-party partners beyond our control. However, we always aim to support our guests and assist in communication where possible.
